Production floor reviews
Review the work area and record observations against your own floor procedures.
Manufacturing audits & corrective actions
Run inspections, assign corrective work, and keep the evidence together. MuRepeat helps small teams follow each finding through an independent review.
Less rework. Better follow-through.

After the inspection
One finding in a spreadsheet. A photo in someone’s phone. A correction discussed during a shift change. When the record is scattered, even a simple question takes another conversation.
Who owns it? What changed? Did someone check?
MuRepeat keeps those answers with the finding.
A clear path through the work
The inspection starts the record. Each handoff adds the people, evidence, and decisions behind the result.
Use your own published checklist. Record pass, fail, or not applicable, along with observations and supporting evidence.
Assign each finding, agree on a due date, and record what changed. Keep the correction evidence with the work.
A different auditor or administrator reviews the correction. They can verify it or return it for more work.
Close the audit after every finding is verified. Preserve the inspection, correction, review, and original evidence in a downloadable packet.

Open findings, overdue corrections, and work awaiting verification have different next steps. See the queue, the owner, and the due date together.
For small manufacturing teams
Start with the procedures your team actually uses. Organize inspections around sites, work areas, equipment, or processes.

Keep the inspection and any corrective work attached to the equipment being reviewed.
Document a missing record or missed step, assign the correction, and verify the result.
When the work is closed
Keep the inspection, correction, independent review, and original files together. Download the closure packet when you need to share or revisit the work.
Reopening adds a new chapter. Previous exported packets stay preserved.
A few practical questions
